Five NYT Best Selling YA Novels in a Series
Reaching young adults through literature is one of the most challenging tasks that any writer has. Not only does a writer have to have excellent writing skills and piquant for creation, they also have to understand the psyche of a teenager and understand what types of stories will automatically capture and engage a young reader. In the last ten years, there have been a few young adult novels to capture the attention of crowds of people under the age of 18, but one real accomplishment is to create a series that appeals to young readers, book after book after book. One of these series, that has been created, and made popular in the last few years is the Twilight Series.
The author, a new up and coming writer, managed to create a story about vampires and ware wolves that appeals to young adult readers and adult readers alike. While her writing is still amateur, her story is timeless and interesting to follow.
